Grilled fish (can use walleye or bass)

Ingredients:

2-3 lbs fillets
1/2 cup soy sause
1 cup semi-dry riesling (wine)
1 medium onion (chopped fine)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup orange juice with pulp
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons garlic (Chopped fine)
1 teaspoon ginger (chopped fine)
 
 
 

Recipe Description:

Mix everything together (except fish) in a large zip-lock bag. Insert fish into the container and refrigerate 4 hours. Remove and grill for 3 minutes on each side. Baste with marinade while grilling. Do not overcook!

 

 
 

Serves - 4 to 6
