Cajun Walleye

Ingredients:

2 lbs Filets
2 sticks of butter (not margerine)
cajun seasoning (the less salt the better)
Bread
3 tablespoons of worsteshire sauce
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Recipe Description:

Coat the bottom of a pan generously with the Cajun seasoning. Place the filets in the pan and cover with seasoning. Melt the butter with the worsteshire sauce, and pour hot over the filets. Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes, the butter should almost solidify with the seasoning. Eat immediately. Use the bread for dipping the sauce.

You can also add shrimp etc. with the walleye.
