Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 11x7" baking pan with non stick vegetable spray. Arrange fillets, slightly overlapping, in prepared dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, sa;sa and paste. Spoon evenly over fillets. Cover dish with foil. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. (Look for the walleye to begin to flake.)
Serve with rice and lemon. Slice the hot pepper and place on top of the cooked fish for an additional kick.
