Griiled fish with Fresh Salsa

Ingredients:

4 fish fillets (Try catfish or walleye)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 medium tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 medium jalapeno peppers chopped
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
 
 
 
 

Recipe Description:

To prepare the fish: Sprinkle the fillets with garlic salt and pepper. Place in well oiled grill basket. Grill uncovered over medium hot coals about 5 minutes per side.

Salsa: In a bowl combine tomatoes, onion, Jalapeno peppers, vinegar and salt. Stir well. Let stand at room temp for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve along side or on fish.
