Grilled walleye (High-Way Bait style)

Ingredients:

2lbs walleye fillets (skinned)
Good seasons Italian dressing
Laurey's Seasoning Salt (Can use salt free)
1 lemon cut in wedges
Aluminum foil
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Recipe Description:

Marinate the fillets for at least 1 hour (keeping them chilled). Heat the grill until the coals glow. Cover the grill with Aluminum foil. You will make a tent out of the foil. Remove the fillets from the marinade. Discard the marinade. Place the fillets on a plate and cover with the seasoning salt. Place the fillets on the foil. After 3 minutes make a sealed tent of the foil over the fish. Cook an additional 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve immediately. Great with fresh tomatoes basil and onions, or fresh corn.
