In a medium bowl combine the fish,corn flakes crumbs,sherry, Worcestershire sauce,sesame oil,salt and pepper, and one egg. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into 1/2" patties.
In a small mixing bowl, lightly beat the remaining 2 eggs. Place the bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Dip the Patties in the eggs and then the bread crumbs. (cover well)
In a 10" frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Fry fro 2 to 4 mintues or until golden brown, turning over once. Drain on paper towels. Serve with lemon wedges, tarter or cocktail sauce.
