Back south of green is, (1 1/2 miles). A great AM bite, we had our limit by 10:00AM. We moved to starve Is reef and caught a few and released them. On Strave we fished 12' of water, south of green it was 29'.

We moved 2 miles west and fishinf really picked up. We had our limit by noon. We had 6 fish over 27". We did catch some f1sh casting.

We fished south of Green Is. today. The fishing was slow in the AM but picked up as the day went on. We fished bottom bouncers and long lined weapons. Wew had our limit by 3:00. We fished in 29' of water. Good catches were also taken at the line.

Things picked up today. We fished close to the Canadian line and caught the crew's limit. We had 4 fish Ohio's with the largest 30".
We averaged over 4lbs a fish.
The bite out west slowed considerably.

Still a tough day, we did come in with 3 short of the crew's limit.
We fished south of Green Is in 30' of water. Our largest fish was 27". We long lined mayfly rigs and used bottom bouncers.
The bite out west on jigs was again very good very early. After about 7:30AM it shuts down.

Another tough day on the lake. Heavy winds and storms cut fishing time.
Out west (Locust Point) fishing was good very early...6:00 to 7:00AM, after that it fell way off.
We fished near the Canadian line and caught 12 walleye, 5 of which were ovew 25". We used bottom bouncers.

Things where slow all over the lake today. The best fishing seemed to be by Sugar Is. Most boats came in with 12 to 20 fish. We had 12 with 3 over 27".
We fished 29' of water and long lined mayfly rigs and also used bottom bouncers.

We went for bigger fish today. We fished near Sugar Is and caught 20 walleye. The Largest was 29 1/2". We had 5 fish over 27". All the fish were taken on bottom bouncers.
Most boats near PC caught at least the crew's limit.
The boats that went up near Middle Is caught around 15 each.

We caught our limit near PC reef. We fished in 14' of water. Jigs are still producing fish.
"K" can was good today. Tousaint and Crib are holding fish early in the AM and in the evening.

Walleye limits were caught on Port Clinton reef.
Limits also were taken off of Mouse Is reef and near Starve.

Fishing was very good 2 miles south of Tousaint Reef.
Limits were taken in a couple of hours. "K" can was not as productive. Some fish are being taken North of Kellyes Is. These are larger fish but fewer in numbers.

Many boats went toward the line today, We stayed on mouse Is reef and caught our limit in 3 hours. The best depth was 13'. We still used purple jigs.
The boats around "K" can, caught fish early again. You need to be on those fish by 6:30AM because of the pressure from all of the boats.

This were very good in the early AM, out around "K" can. Heavy winds kicked up and slowed things down. We did not get out until late but still came in with the crew's limit. We fished inside of Tousaint in 14' of water.
Fish were also taken on the line near Middle Is. Limited numbers but huge fish, multple 10+ lbs fish. They used bottom bouncers.

Anonther incredible day. Most boats had their limits in a couple of hours...if that. We stayed out and released at least our limit. Today was best at "K" can, Tousaint, and Mouse Is reef. Strave was holding some bigger fish.

The bite continues from far west to the Islands.
Most fish are in the 3lb range. Jigs are still working best. the fishing is best early AM and late afternoon.
The best depth is 12'.

Everthing is the same as the previous days.
Trollers are getting fish near west sister and
north bass, their average is about 5lbs per fish.
The trollers are taking most of the day to get their limit. All the boats drifting had their limits early.

Wow!!! The fishing keeps getting better...if that is possible. Most boats caught their limit very early, (an hour or so). Limits were taken from Turtle Point to Scott Point Shoal. The best depth was around 12'. Purple haied jigs (3/4 oz) worked best. Most fish were in the 2+lb range.

Another great fishing day on the lake. Limits were caught on Tousaint, Crib, Flat rock, Mouse Is reef, Scot point Scoal, and Starve Is Reef,
We fish MIR for atime, it became crouded and we moved to Flat Rock reef.
We caught our limit by 9:30AM. We fished until 12:30. (caught and released an additional 24...and dropped about 20+). we used either purle or green jigs.
The fish on Flat Rock were larger. We brought in one close to 7lbs, and released one 33"!!! (it was caught in after we had our limit).

The morning bite was great. Most everyone caught their limit near Crib Reef.
It slowed in the afternoon, but fish were still taken.
The winds picked up around 5:00 and most boats left.

A fantastic day over the entire lake today from "K" can to Scott Point Shoal(near Mouse Is).
Everone caught their limit. Most fish were over 3 lbs.
The best depth was around 10'. The water has cleared, the fish were very agressive today.
(The evening bite on Tousaint keeps getting better...both blade baits and jigs worked.)

Fishing picked up on all the western reefs today. Purple jigs worked best(without monnows). The best fishing was in 7'to 16' of water.
There are a couple of females being caught. The average fish is close to 4lbs.
Most boats caught their limit.

Outstanding fishing on tousaint today....beter in the evening.
The best depth was 8' of water.

Still not much of an uptick in fishing.
We have high hope though. The water is cleaning up and the temps are in the mid 40's.

Things are still slow. The water temps are still too cold.
We near temps near 45 degrees. The water is also very dirty.

The ice is now gone. We lauch our 1st boat on Friday.
Some walleye were taken today near "K" can in 14' of water using purple jigs.
Clean water on the edge of the reefs 24' has been the best for walleye up to now. In the deeper water try using Cleo's tipped with minnows.
